Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Handle End to end recruitment process
Proactively solve employee payroll grievances
Maintain Employee records
Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the employees.
Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
Entering data in ERP generating reports when required
Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
Measure employee retention and turnover ratesOversee… daily operations of the HR department
